$30 subsidy from MOH for eligible Singaporeans who visit our clinic for haze-related conditions

Our clinic is participating in the MOH Haze Clinic scheme which provides eligible Singaporeans with a subsidy of $30 per visit arising from haze-related conditions.

The eligibility criteria for the subsidy are as follows:

1. All Singaporean children below 18 years of age or elderly citizens aged 65 and above; OR

2. Adult Singaporean citizens aged 19 to 64 who are on any of the following schemes: CHAS, PA, MFEC, MFAC; OR

3. Adult Singaporean citizens who self-declare that they have a monthly income of $1,500 or less averaged over the last six months.

Health Advisory for PSI between 201 – 300

The latest PSI reading at 9pm is 290 which falls under the ‘very unhealthy’ category.

According to the NEA Health Advisory:

“Elderly and persons with existing heart or lung disease should stay indoors and reduce physical exertion and outdoor activity. The general population should avoid vigorous outdoor activity.”

NEA: PSI hits 290 mark at 9pm

The three-hour Pollutant Standards Index (PSI) reading hit 290 at 9pm on Wednesday, hitting the ‘very unhealthy’ level soaring past the 226 recorded in Sept 1997.

The PSI reading has been climbing steadily since Wednesday morning, starting at 77 at 6am before moving into the unhealthy range at 11am when the reading hit 103. It then climbed to 124 at noon, 152 at 1pm, 170 at 2pm, before hitting 172 at 3pm.

Use of Medisave for all vaccinations in the National Childhood Immunization schedule

1st year: Infanrix 6 in 1, Prevenar

2nd year: MMR, Infanrix 5 in 1
